To reserve your appointment, a 25% deposit of the visit fee is collected at the time of scheduling. This applies to both new patient consultations and follow-up visits.
This allows us to thoughtfully prepare for your care and dedicate uninterrupted time to you. The remaining balance is collected prior to your appointment. If you need to make a change, we are always happy to assist with rescheduling in accordance with our office policy.
