I had an excellent experience at Jimenez Sanders Headache & Brain Center. From the moment I contacted them, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

I especially want to recognize Claudia, who assisted me over the phone. She truly went above and beyond to help me. I was dealing with Bell’s palsy and needed to be seen as soon as possible, and Claudia made everything possible by finding a way to fit me in for an emergency appointment. I’m incredibly grateful for her help, kindness, and willingness to take my situation seriously.

Dr. Jimenez-Sanders was equally wonderful. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and never made me feel rushed. She also provided me with all the information, guidance, and instructions I needed to better understand my condition and help support my recovery. I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and confident about the next steps.

Dr. Jimenez-Sanders was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. She treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion throughout my visit. What impressed me most was that she didn’t just listen she developed a thoughtful treatment plan and took action right away, leaving me feeling hopeful and confident about my care.

If I could award Dr. Jimenez-Sanders and her practice 10 stars I would do so without hesitation.
For the last decade I have suffered from chronic status migrainous often including hemipeligic migraine lasting for days. I have lost count of the number of resulting hospitalizations.
Days without serious pain are all most unheard of. I was referred to Dr.
Jimenez-Sanders by my attending neurologist because he believed she could offer an additional level of care and expertise.
Dr. Jimenez-Sanders has offered a variety of treatments that have provided relief that I have not experienced in years. While the migraines are still integral to my life, she has afforded me new and better ways of managing them.
Dr. Jimenez-Sanders has a calm, nurturing manner that sends the message that she truly cares about her patients as individuals.
Her office manager Claudia, is warm competent and responsive.
Overall this practice is designed to help people struggling with real health issues learning to live their best lives.

If you're looking for a migraine and headache specialist, I can't recommend her enough. She took the time to really listen, answered all of our questions, and made my daughter feel comfortable from the very beginning. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to find the best solution for them.

Dr. Rebecca Jimenez-Sanders is one of the most knowledgeable and and caring doctors I have ever had the pleasure to be treated by. When was the last time you visited a medical provider and he/she made eye contact, listened to you, completed a thorough medical assessment and continued to ask questions genuinely interested in helping you? Sadly, our healthcare system today allows us 10 min appointments to briefly describe one concern while the nurse practitioner types away on the laptop or iPad.

Dr.Jimenez has chosen to break out of this chaos because her professionalism and heart desires more for her patients. She is always thinking of her patients and will make calls arranging prescriptions, working with other providers, coordinating with pharmaceutical reps, texting you on weekends, evenings, etc…. whatever it takes to complete your care. Being a physician is not what she does, it’s who she is. Her heart and passion for her patients are reflected in the great lengths she goes to making sure the plan of care decided upon is completed. She is a fierce advocate for her patients and does not stop until together patient and doctor are satisfied with the result.

If you’ve struggled and suffered for years with migraine, I encourage you to make an appointment with Dr. Rebecca Jimenez. She is experienced, wise, current in treatment plans, compassionate and truthful. Not only will you receive excellent care, but you will feel you’ve made a friend.

An extra note I’d add is that Dr.Jimenez has surrounded herself with excellent staff. So often when you find a great doctor you struggle with the office staff. This is not the case here. Any time I have texted Dr.Jimenez I’ve received an answer within minutes. Return phone calls have been timely and courteous as well.

Dr. Rebecca Jimenez is an exceptionally knowledgeable neurologist. She has been my physician since her fellowship at TGH/USF and throughout her tenure as Director of the TGH/USF Headache Program.
With a combination of advanced, state-of-the-art treatments, clinical expertise, and genuine compassion, she successfully managed my chronic migraines. Her intelligence, kindness, and patient-centered approach truly set her apart.
